Same app
A player funds an account in INR without leaving the app they use for everything else. Instant collection and a fast withdrawal sit in the same workflow, with processing tuned for gaming rather than for a retail shop.
Indian gaming payments
UPI Gateway Pro accepts UPI, cards, net banking and wallets so every player can pay in INR. Fast processing keeps pay-in and pay-out in one flow. Deposits stall on rails never built for the Indian player, and the payment is what ties that player to the brand when they pay to play.

Deposits stall when the cashier was built for a cardholder in another country. The player opens PhonePe or Google Pay, sees a card form, and leaves. Operators who keep UPI as the default stop that drop before it becomes a support ticket.
The same desk also has to absorb high-risk volume: fast confirmation, a clear status, and a payout path that does not wait on a card refund that UPI does not have.
Players and the brands they play with stay connected when the payment itself is ordinary. Pay in, play, and take winnings back out without a second login or a currency conversion the player never asked for.
Send and receive money quickly, at any hour, with a status the cashier can show the player. Operators pick a national gateway so checkout feels local on day one.
Save on transactions with rates written down before the first deposit, not discovered in a month-end surprise.
Connect the gateway to the ledger and the tools that already track a player account, so operations are not retyped by hand.
A team is available through the day and the night, including the hours when a match concentrates a month of deposits into one evening.
Advanced encryption protects player data, and two-factor checks sit on the actions that move money.
Multi-currency support is there for groups that settle outside India, while the player still pays in INR.
Give every player a local way to pay. UPI, cards, net banking and wallets belong in one gaming system, with UPI in front because that is the method players reach for first.
Accept UPI from PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm. A cashier built for Indian players leads with UPI and names Paytm and PhonePe. The player pays from the account linked in the app, which is faster than a manual bank transfer.
Immediate Payment Service covers bank-to-bank transfers when a UPI limit is tight. VIP deposits still move in near real time, and the cashier does not force that player onto a card that will decline.
Visa, Mastercard and RuPay can sit in the cashier where approval is real. They are not the primary Indian deposit method for gaming.
Direct net banking across major Indian banks remains the habit of older deposit cohorts. Wallets give a second fast option. Local methods can be added without putting them ahead of UPI.
Nothing keeps a player loyal like a fast withdrawal. Winnings go out to UPI and to a bank account, land in seconds once checks clear, and leave the support desk free for real problems.
Pay-in and pay-out are one job. A cashier that celebrates the deposit and then goes quiet on the withdrawal trains the player to leave.
Contact salesInstant, protected transfers across a wide bank network, from one integration, change the week for finance as much as for the player. The four outcomes below are what operators ask to see after go-live.
Success on the rail the player chose, with a fee that stays visible.
UPI is not a card pull. Funds are available without a chargeback cycle.
Bank-side signals support checks without turning every deposit into a document chase.
Plans and methods stay in one cashier instead of a patchwork of vendors.
One integration lets the business grow and lets the player find the game. The platform redirects a deposit to a cashier on the operator's own domain, and webhooks post status back into the wallet ledger. In-house fronts and the usual gaming platforms follow that same pattern. Engineering time is measured in days when the merchant accounts are already open.
Your accounts and your float stay yours. The gateway connects them. It does not sit on the balance during a compliance review. Settlement lands where the operator already reconciles.
Players get trusted methods, a short path from amount to PIN, and acceptance that stays high because the route matches the rail.
Protected payments and instant payments are the same project.
One simple integration, then the methods the market actually uses.
Leave contact details. The team calls back to talk through the business model, the player base in India, and the methods you want on. From the application to live payments, the launch is a short sequence once the model and the volumes are clear.
We look at the project, the target markets, and the payment requirements, then build the setup from that, including KYB where the acquirer asks for it.
A single REST connection, sandbox deposits and payouts, and technical support at each step. Indian acquirers are switched on with UPI before the public cashier opens.
Start accepting payments with a configured solution. Players in India can pay as soon as the status webhook is trusted.
Performance stays under watch, and the payment side scales as the product grows, including the volume spikes around major sport.
Common questions from operators who want gaming payments on Indian rails, including how a branded channel is run and what the finance team will be asked later.
No. India-domiciled operators and offshore groups that serve Indian players can both be connected. Domicile changes which merchant accounts and which settlement pipes are available. It does not decide whether the platform can support you. Structure is a question for your own counsel.
UPI is treated as a domestic rail. Acquiring partners that underwrite the categories we serve are connected in more than one relationship, and Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay stay distinct entries. Acceptance then looks like a domestic operator.
Where the risk profile allows it, the deployment runs across more than one merchant relationship from the first day. If one acquirer pauses, traffic moves to a parallel rail and the player-facing cashier keeps working. Recovery is account management, not downtime.
Use of a specialised payment solution is legal when the regional rules that apply to that operator are observed. Transactions are run so they can be shown to comply with that legislation. The gateway does not give tax advice. It keeps reporting clean enough for finance to apply the current policy.
Encryption to a PCI DSS standard, plus staged identity checks, keeps confidential data from leaking into the game server. The risk of a leak is pushed down on purpose. Personal banking numbers are not what the cashier stores when a virtual payment address is enough to complete the transfer.
Specialists offer an individual pricing plan that takes into account the specifics of your business and the volume of expected transactions.
UPI has no card refund. A deposit is a collect or an intent against the player's virtual payment address, approved with a PIN inside PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or another UPI app. The winning is not reversed through that original message. It is a fresh credit to the same handle that funded the account. Paying a different VPA, or trying to push the win back as if it were a Visa refund, breaks both the player expectation and the AML trail.
The gateway stores the handle used on the successful deposit and offers that handle as the payout destination. IMPS remains available when the amount is large or when the player asks for a bank credit. The default is the same UPI identity that came in.
Tell us the monthly INR volume, the platform you run, and the merchant relationships you already have. We will say what the branded cashier looks like for that operation.
